We also offer NGO Workshops to organizations that want to build their capacity in areas such as health, conflict resolution, youth empowerment, civil rights, and democracy building.

3-Week NGO Workshop
Through this capacity-building workshop, designed to be inclusive of women in particular, Barefoot Workshops will partner Saudi Association for Media and Communication, to deliver participants training in how to write, produce, film and edit, broadcast-quality public service announcements (PSAs) to advance the communication strategies of their organizations. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will choose the appropriate means for dissemination of their PSA - including television, Internet and/or mobile phones, based on their topic and target audience.

The workshop is set up for the adventurers who feel the pull to use their skills to contribute to a grassroots non-profit organization (NGO) in sub-Saharan Africa. Subject matter is not limited to NGO stories. Cape Town is rich with stories that have not been told.
