Description
This PSA targets a young female audience. It pictures a hand wearing a black glove, representing an older generation of leadership, attempting to straighten a wilting flower. After several unsuccessful attempts, a hand wearing a white glove, symbolizing the new generation, takes over the task, and helps the flower to raise its head again. The flower symbolizes the hopes and dreams of the youth. The final message is simply, “Youth Have The Ability To Lead the Future.”
