Description

This PSA begins with the image of a Palestinian woman speaking to an olive tree in an olive tree grove. “The olive tree is blessed,” she says. “We should preserve it like our ancestors did over the generations.” Her speech is interrupted by the sounds and images of an approaching tractor. The message comes on screen, “Stop the Violence. There is room for Peace.” The PSA ends with the image of Israeli peace volunteers from Combatants for Peace, working to help the woman to plant olive trees in the grove.
